Transform your life and embrace your unique strengths.
ADHD coaching is about helping you understand how ADHD impacts you and your life specifically, how your brain works, and how to work with it, not against it.
Together, we’ll explore what makes you tick, figure out what’s getting in your way, and find practical strategies that actually fit you, Using a flexible, proven framework, I’ll support you in moving toward goals that feel meaningful and aligned with who you are — not who you think you should be. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about uncovering the strengths that have been there all along and learning to work with your brain as an ally, not a constant opponent. Together, we will uncover long-held habits, unhelpful beliefs you have about yourself, and create new ways of viewing and approaching life, improving overall peace, self-acceptance and therefore, your ability to turn your life goals into reality
Having living with undiagnosed ADHD for too many decades, struggling to be or at least appear to be someone I wasn't, I discovered that I had been fighting a battle I didn't need to win. After a period of researching everything I could find on this difference, and receiving coaching myself, my life changed from what was often a daily struggle upstream into a path of self-acceptance and joyful enthusiasm. I since trained to become an ADHD Works-certified coach and advocate. I am pursuing a degree in counselling, and volunteer with Youthline, a charity serving Bracknell Forest young people, providing free counselling and support. I am passionate about helping people of all ages navigate challenges, life changes, work and relationships in a way that brings peace and belief in themselves.
In my spare time, I am a passionate (obsessive?) cook, especially of Thai dishes., and I enjoy teaching my pre-teen son to cook, when I can pry him away from gaming. I have a cake business, two gorgeous rescue dogs and keep my fidgety hands busy with crochet projects and drawing.
Many ADHDers spend years feeling like they’re failing at “normal.” We hear the criticism, the “helpful” advice, the jokes — and start to believe we’re just not built for the kind of life others seem to manage with ease.
I believe that’s not the truth.
When you work with me, we focus on your values, your interests, and your strengths — not on forcing you into a mold that doesn’t fit. Together, we’ll:
This is about unlocking your potential, communicating with confidence, and advocating for yourself — at work, in relationships, and in every part of your life.

Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their lives.
In a life coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. Your coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your goals.
The length of a life coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. Some programs may last a few months, while others may last a year or more.
